DELIVERY & RETURNS

FESTIVE DELIVERY

You will be able to place orders on our website throughout the festive period but please be aware of our Festive delivery times for 2025. For orders placed before 1pm, we aim to deliver:

  • Orders placed by Friday 19th December 1pm will be dispatched on the 22nd for delivery by 24th December.
  • Orders placed between 21st and 23rd will be dispatched before Christmas but may not arrive before the 25th.
  • Orders placed between 23rd and 5th January will be dispatched from Tuesday 6th January.
  • Orders placed after 2nd January will be dispatched as normal.
  • Subject to usual delivery delivery terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

We pride ourselves on providing a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the UK with our shipping partners. Our delivery timescales are based on the order being placed and confirmed by 1pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Standard Delivery - £4.99, or free for all orders over £60, and we aim to deliver within 48 hours of purchase.

Due to current limitations we are not able to ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

We currently do not deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.

Our shipping partners delivery dates are an estimate and can be affected by aspects outside their control, such as third-party service delays, weather, traffic, government interventions and delivery location. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please Contact Us with your order number.

RETURNS

Our company is committed to providing customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and competitive prices. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or is not the product you ordered, we kindly request that you Contact Us within three business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photographic evidence to support your return. If you discover a faulty product, please inform us within 14 business days of delivery and include the product and batch number when returning the item, along with its original packaging. We will conduct a thorough investigation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

Please note that any requests to modify orders must be made immediately, as we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been packaged and shipped. Orders placed between 12 pm on Monday and Friday will be shipped that same day.

In the event that you mistakenly order a product from our website, we will happily replace or refund the item provided that you return the original product to our head office at your expense, in an unused and saleable condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are not in a saleable condition or that are returned after the 14 day return period. Once we have received and inspected the product and verified that it is in a saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price, minus the cost of return delivery.

The official MasterChef apron is a classic chef-style pin stripe apron that is as easy to clean as it is to throw on. Constructed through organic cotton and vegan leather, you can throw the apron in with your other coloured laundry at 40 degrees without anxiety over coloured bleeding or shrinkage.

The MasterChef apron is generous in width and length and fitted with an adjustable neck strap so that it can be tailored to the most comfortable fit for you. We advise a general range from S-XXL, making it perfect for all genders.

Our textiles are all constructed with 100% high quality organic cotton for hardwearing kitchen use. Our aprons are not intended to be novelty gifts, but are actually suitable for tenuous kitchen conditions. Heat resistant up to 250 degrees celcius, our aprons and oven gloves can be safely worn when working in close proximity to heat sources such as gas stoves or ovens.
