FESTIVE DELIVERY
You will be able to place orders on our website throughout the festive period but please be aware of our Festive delivery times for 2024:
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 17th December will be dispatched by the 19th for expected delivery by 24th December. We recommend using Express Delivery for a faster delivery time.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Thursday 19th will be dispatched before Christmas but may not arrive by the 24th.
- Orders placed after this and by 1st January will be dispatched from Tuesday 2nd January.
- Orders placed after 2nd January will be dispatched as normal.
- Please allow an extra 3 business days for Highlands & Island
- Subject to usual delivery delivery terms and conditions.

DELIVERY
We pride ourselves on providing a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the UK with our shipping partners. Our delivery timescales are based on the order being placed and confirmed by 12pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Standard Delivery - £4.99. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days. Free for orders over £60.
- Express Delivery - £7.99. We aim to deliver these within 1-2 business days.
- Highlands & Islands - Please allow an extra 3 business days.
Highlands and Islands include AB10-16, AB21-39, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, HS1-HS9, IM1-9, IV1-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PA87-88, PH15-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, and ZZ75. We currently do not deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.
Please Note
Our shipping partners delivery dates are an estimate and can be affected by aspects outside their control, such as third-party service delays, weather, traffic, government interventions and delivery location. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please Contact Us with your order number.
RETURNS
Our company is committed to providing customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and competitive prices. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or is not the product you ordered, we kindly request that you Contact Us within three business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photographic evidence to support your return. If you discover a faulty product, please inform us within 14 business days of delivery and include the product and batch number when returning the item, along with its original packaging. We will conduct a thorough investigation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Please note that any requests to modify orders must be made immediately, as we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been packaged and shipped. Orders placed between 12 pm on Monday and Friday will be shipped that same day.
In the event that you mistakenly order a product from our website, we will happily replace or refund the item provided that you return the original product to our head office at your expense, in an unused and saleable condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are not in a saleable condition or that are returned after the 14 day return period. Once we have received and inspected the product and verified that it is in a saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price, minus the cost of return delivery.
